It’s not that he wasn’t a resident, it’s that he lied about it. If he’d given a legitimate out of state address this likely wouldn’t have been an issue.
Also it sounds like he “temporarily” moved to California ten years ago but has been voting as a NY resident. Uh, that’s voter fraud.
Actually if he were the Democrat nominwe this would never be an issue. No way no how.
