Years ago, I developed high blood pressure. I realized that I was getting upset every time I watched the news. With some careful thought and research, I realized that raising my blood pressure, while not the exact purpose of the news purveyors, it was an associated and inseparable part of their business model to generate anxiety and thus viewership. I cut out the news. Now, while scanning the FR articles I can skim a headline, look into myself and how I’m feeling at the moment, and elect to just move on and not let them raise my blood pressure. It’s difficult to do as they’re all essentially screaming FIRE! We all have the urge to grab our hoses and run into action. But and this is important, we have to realize there is NOTHING we can do. Ask yourself, do you want your health manipulated by people who essentially hate you? Put down the mouse. Step away from keyboard. Go outside and smell the flowers. (BTW, there’s few weeds that need picking. Just sayin’.)

I have heard that the Gulf is not a favorable location for submarines to operate. I suppose we have sufficient air and surface assets to eliminate Iran's surface navy. What about Iranian submarines?
