Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly (D) said Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) is a “huge asset” to Vice President Harris’s campaign because he “understands rural America.”
On whether Walz’s ability to speak to rural America is overstated, Kelly said, “No, not at all,” in an interview on CBS News’s “Face the Nation.”
“Tim Walz is the epitome of the Midwestern dad. You could put him at any state fair, on any Main Street and certainly in any Friday-night football game in rural Kansas, and he would fit right in,” Kelly said.
Kelly, a Democrat who leads a red state, pointed to Walz’s time in Congress representing a more conservative part of his state.

I see this story, but my reaction is to everything I’m seeing.
The well oiled dem machine is churning out endless ads and articles everywhere you turn.
The Trump campaign is not even remotely responding at this time.
I saw a JD Vance interview in which he did a good job pointing out the fraudulent nature of the Harris campaign.
Other than that I’ve seen about a hundred Harris ads, articles praising Harris and Walz, and attacking Trump.
And every Trump supporter I know tells me they are frustrated and pissed off.
And we see him for the lying fraud he is.

I’ve seen quite a few Trump ads. But then, I’m in a swing state.
However, with the Democrats in the process of destroying themselves, and most Americans away from media enjoying Summer activities, there might not be much need for an ad blitz right now.
