The dozen of Freepers (fans of deep-state Putin) are very silent now on FR, since Ukraine’s invasion of Russia... :)
It shouldn't be too surprising if we have at least one or two FReepers on the payroll of the Kremlin. So everyone else need to realize that they were gullible enough to believe in the propaganda coming from Kremlinbots.
“The dozen of Freepers (fans of deep-state Putin) are very silent now on FR, since Ukraine’s invasion of Russia... :)”
Half are Ron Paul isolationists. They want nothing to do with anyone outside the USA. They are super spooked by our Iraq and Afghanistan disasters. Two incorrigible, useless eater Muslim nations. So that when it comes to a European nation/Ukraine that is very much worth defending, they say never.
To say that their powers of discrimination, Muslim nation vs Christian nation, are lacking, is a gross understatement.
Cutting supply lines in Russian territory? Then attack from Ukraine and block a Russian retreat?
But two things are coming up that both sides need to make some huge decisions. The US erection, and winter.
"Joe Biden is sharp as a tack. Cheap fakes!"
This is from the same Ukraine touts who are pumping the latest Ukraine Narrative.
The Ukies had best have a strategic goal beyond the Kursk NPP, boyo...
Nah....just been busy.
Go Puttie!!
The US erection, and winter
That’s a hard choice
Smart enough to know that Russia has nukes and would use them if it felt it had to.
Putin orders 70,000 to evacuate so he can destroy their homes “for the common good”...
Gettysburg.
big whoop....
I think Prigozhins guys got to under 100 miles from Moscow.
In any case, this seems to be what in old terminology was called a “reconaissance in force”, the sort of thing Rommel tried near Agedabia in early 1941, to test the British condition and response. If weakness is found, one has the opportunity to exploit it to the extent possible -as Rommel did of course.
I doubt there was a specific intention to get to Kursk proper, or even that nuclear power plant. Those objectives are 30-50km deep and even Russia can move reserves fast enough to block an exploitation that deep.
However, what has been done seems to have been sufficient to open options. One result is it seems to have brought the Lipetsk airfield in range of a heavy drone attack, forced the Russians to get on dense convoys in range of HIMARS, allowed the drone (probably) attack on the substation by the said nuke plant, etc. So a range of collateral mischief.
Longer term we are probably going to see the Russians divert more and better troops to “quiet” segments of the Russo-Ukrainian border, which is good for Ukraine.
“a European nation/Ukraine that is very much worth defending, they say never.”
Why is Ukraine worth defending? They are just another corrupt Slavic country. Just like their brothers in Russia and Belarus. They are not our allies or friends. They’re using us just like every one else. So far it’s just money but they rally want us to fight Russia for them.
Are your ancestors from Europe? This is why.
“Europe after the Cold War is like China after the Taiping Rebellion. It’s a race to see which foreigners can conquer the Godless Continent.”
You know all about Godlessness. The above invasion by Muslims and Third Worlders is like the Scramble For Africa. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scramble_for_Africa
“The dozen of Freepers (fans of deep-state Putin) are very silent now on FR, since Ukraine’s invasion of Russia... :)”
We still have Zeepers and Peepers here? I thought everyone agreed that the ground should open up and both countries be swallowed up.
