JUST IN: Arizona AG announces that Jenna Ellis has agreed to cooperate with prosecutors in the fake electors criminal case.
Now the fake prosecutors will script the testimony for Ellis.

Doesn’t the State Legislature appoint the winning slate to vote in the real Presidential election - the one in December?
What turns a non-appointed Elector candidate into a “fake Elector”? I mean, if Ross Perot had appointed me as a 1992 Perot Elector, once NH appointed the Clinton Electors, would that turn me into a “fake Elector”?

I don’t understand the legal theory behind the “fake” elector cases. Was there any intent to defraud? Could anyone have been defrauded? Was anyone actually defrauded?
