I will help you. You go to RCP. It has a recent list of polls. Scroll down below that list and you’ll get to the prior polls. Find the CBS News poll down there for July 16-18 or so. Click it. Scroll wayyyyyyy to the bottom for the description of sample total.
Now return to the RCP page and do the same thing with today’s CBS News poll. Click it and scroll identically down to the end. You will see their text saying they oversampled Blacks for today’s survey. It says so right there.
This is not hand waving. This is math. Just do the work.

I would say this is her peak and it’s downhill from here, since I can’t imagine anything happening to lift her in the eyes of the public. If she stays in the basement she will stay level at best and likely drift downwards. If she opens her mouth, she will sink like a rock.
There is one winning card the Democrats can still play, and I fear this is the October surprise that will put her o Dr the top:
Biden will resign, making Harris the first woman POTUS. The media will treat her like royalty - the newly crowned Queen. She will not have to say a word - they will march her around and wipe tears of joy from their eyes.
If (when) they do this, assuming they play their cards right, President Trump won’t stand a chance.
Ever wonder why Biden didn’t resign a couple weeks ago instead of just withdrawing from the race? This is why: they are saving it for their October surprise - two weeks before the election Kamala Harris will make history by becoming the first woman POTUS.
