“Because I am fond of logic.”

Your logic is misplaced.

She *KNEW* he was ROUTINELY leaving the children in the car and playing video games.

Therefore, she was at the least an enabler.

Logic dictates (going to leave a bad taste in your mouth) that THIS time he ran out of luck and a child died.

She was also gambling that it wouldn’t happen.

If she didn’t know it was happening it would be different.

They found texts where she KNEW it was happening.

The FIRST time it happened she should have called the cops to file against him. That would have 1) got it on record and him out of the home, or 2) got it on record and he was then going to be monitored.

She did not defend her children in the appropriate manner.

Why? Don’t know. Doesn’t matter.

The child died.

It’s only the LORD God’s grace it was only one child and not all of them.

It’s still an horrendous death.

“But you’re not convincing me that this woman had a responsibility to be a full-time mother AND the breadwinner at the same time. She couldn’t be two places at once.”

You buried your lede.

She had the responsibility of a mother.

Of a mother.

If she shirked it for the excuse of being employeed outside of the home, well, that’s on her.

It did not negate her responsibility as a mother.

I’m not at all sure which point was more important to you, though I do believe it was the one you buried...

You sound like the people who have whined at me for decades because I blamed the Yates bitch rather then her husband for drowning her children.

It must be someone elses fault they cry.

No.

Who did it owns it.

Sorry that logic and reason hurts your wittle fee-fees.

A second indication of your issues.

You may not trust women.

You may hate men.

Between Tucson, Phoenix, and Las Vegas I have over 40 years of desert, mostly Vegas. I’m sure others have more.

You know it’s warm outside when you back out of your garage and the engine temperature is already halfway to operating temperature.

Lol - I rely on that to cut my warm up time to about 10 seconds.

She really OUGHT to be charged.

I hadn’t thought of that but now you mention it, I totally agree.

As a father, I couldn’t imagine a greater hell on earth.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.
That’s only because you’re a normal father. There are countless “fathers” in the world who could not care less about the health and welfare of their children.

What an assumption to make.

Wrong, on so many levels.

The difference between she and I is the ability I have to discern the responsibility to my offspring.

Your misguided assumption is one thing.

Your misplaced anger is another thing.

When she birthed the child she became a steward for the child; the responsibility comes with parenthood.

_________

Thank you.

I am stunned at the lax latitude given to the mother of the dead child.

This will I lay at the feet of feminist.

Don’t react without following the train of thought...

Aborting from the begining was simply a tool to prepare for the actual murder of children.

Drop. Drop. Drop.

Or, as the frog said when it was too late, “My, it’s hot in here.”

This is the level of depravity granted to mothers now.

I really think many women no longer value children...in the womb or out.... and value abortion above all.

I honestly believe many men have been dulled within thier hearts and beat down in thier psyche and no longer have the strength to take really hard stands.

My heart goes out to both sexes as very few see the end game.

Again, Thank you, fortes Fortuna juvat.

Apparently you think fathers have no responsibility. You are the one with misplaced anger. The father killed the child, and you blame the mother. Have the last word now, I’m done. No judge is going to agree with you, and that’s the important thing.

You lack solid reading comprehensive skills.

You will be unable to find any place where I advocate the father not being charged. He is charged and he should indeed be charged.

That said, you have an almost innate urge for the mother’s enabling of his behavior to be overlooked.

A sound, impartial judge should be able to see where she knew he had a habit of leaving the children in the vehicle thus in danger.

I grant that a female/male woke/politically correct judge would most likely make excuses for the mother.

It wouldn’t negate the fact she enabled the father’s behavior which resulted in the death of the child.

While living in Nevada, I had occasion to call the police about a child left in a locked car on a hot day.

Gave my contact info and was about to leave when the car's owner appeared, not looking at all anxious.

Heard no more. Hope the irresponsible Dad was suitably punished.

I remember in Vegas once, I bought a cold bottle of water in a convenience store.

I left it in the car for about half an hour in the heat while I did something else.

When I got back in the car, the water was not only hot, but too hot to drink.

Piping hot.

I can't imagine what it would do to a little kid.
