The presidential campaign of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced on Monday that it has secured ballot access in three more states and has submitted signatures for certification in nine others. The campaign will also host a ballot access briefing on Wednesday afternoon.

In a press release on Monday, the Kennedy campaign announced that the ticket of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Nicole Shanahan secured ballot access in three more states, including Alaska, Indiana, and Nebraska. According to certification paperwork shared by the campaign along with the release, Kennedy will appear on the Indiana ballot under the We The People Party line, although it is not specified how he will appear in the other two states.

The campaign also stated it has turned in enough raw signatures to satisfy ballot requirements in Connecticut, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Missouri, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia, and that all petitions were validated by the campaign’s internal independent ballot access validation firm before being submitted. Additional information from the campaign indicates that, of the nine listed states to be certified, it submitted paperwork to appear under the We The People Party in at least one—Oregon.

The campaign announced in a second release the same day that it will host a ballot access briefing this Wednesday, July 31, over Zoom. The campaign is expected to address its recent ballot access efforts and challenges with the Democratic National Committee, as well as specific state party partnerships it has established, specifically linking to the Reform Party of Florida endorsement in the release.

I’d prefer that RFK, Jr. gets ballot access in blue states. His presence on the Nebraska ballot could help in the 2nd CD, though.

The only one that really matters is PA. Baris’s early polling saw him somewhat dinging Trump there in key counties by 1 point or so.
