A series of bombshell text messages from countersnipers who were supposed to protect Donald Trump at the Pennsylvania rally where an assassin's bullet nearly killed the president showed them a step behind the gunman.
Now, it appears a group chat of those meant to protect Trump were aware that gunman Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, was in their midst over 90 minutes before Trump was shot at, rather than an hour as the FBI had previously claimed.
When one of the three countersnipers was about to call off at the end of their shift at around 4:26pm, they noticed a man who they later confirmed to be Crooks sitting on a picnic table.
'Guys I am out. Be safe,' he wrote. 'Someone followed our lead and snuck in and parked by our cars just so you know. I'm just letting you know because you see me go out with my rifle and put it in my car so he knows you guys are up there,' he wrote.

And numerous attendees pointed him out. The idea that Crooks eluded enforcement by being “one step ahead” is absurd regardless of whatever the dubious “chilling text message” conveys.
It’s unclear to me when and from where he got his rifle. He wasn’t just walking around with a rifle the whole time, was he? Had he stashed it somewhere near the building ahead of time?
What BS?
The whole thing is a complete cockup. Everyone saying someone else should probably do something. Everyone waiting for someone higher up to decide what should be done. People at lower rungs apparently having learned to wait for direction on matters that should be in their own purview. This to me all indicates a complete lack of leadership and discipline.

Here’s what Wray said: “‘With respect to former President Trump, there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that hit his ear,’ Wray said.
‘I don’t know right now whether that bullet, in addition to causing the grazing, could have landed somewhere else.’
Wray clearly states that Trump was grazed by “that bullet”. The question posed by Wray is where “that bullet” finally landed.
The fact that Trump was not stopped from going on stage makes it clear that the deep state wanted him dead.

I’m more inclined to believe that he had it “all figured out” because next-level SS had placed him there and he was implementing The Plan.
1. When and where did Crooks stash his rifle?
2. Why was the rifle not discovered during the police securing the area?
3. What was the SS plan for the local cops in that building?
4. Why did the SS have no contact with the other counter-sniper teams until after the shooting?
5. Why was the counter-sniper team inside the building rather than on the roof?
Just a beginning list of questions.
Of course they were in on it. Highly orchestrated negligence.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY (even that I saw out of Hill hearings to-date) has gleaned information from what came out of the command center which was supposed to be routing communications between local LEO and USSS, including command decisions.
That’s a real problem, and ‘text messages’ just don’t cut it.

These articles affirm that the deep state is populated by clods and morons who operate on the low end of the IQ scale. Any notion that the deep state is composed of intelligent people is both a lie and propaganda.
Agreed—there are many many questions that remain unanswered.
At this point we probably know less than 10% of what we need to know about what went on that day.

Since, as you noted, nobody in the deep state has been charged and convicted in a killing, trying to prove that the deep state “killed lots of folks” will be difficult.
OTOH, I can prove that the deep state’s stupidity has resulted in many deaths.
