As it is, this is a pretty damning indictment of the incompetence of the Harris / Biden Administration.

The ByeDone administration has succeeded in making the U.S. military look like FOOLS. Doesn’t quite outdo our withdrawal from Afghanistan, however.
It was an ill-conceived idea from the beginning to put it delicately.
Why? Because it was ordered by Biden and it helped resupply Palestinian HAMAS terrorists. Plus, done without securing release of US hostages.

This is more of a technical analysis (what JLOTS can and cannot do, etc.) In effect, it even failed at substantially aiding HAMAS, when you get right down to it.

Quick summary. It failed because Biden ordered the military to install the pier in a place where it was never designed to go, i.e. a port damaged by war or natural disaster.

You should hear what is being said about Biden on Israeli news..they are saying that for a few yrs everyone knew that Biden was mentally gone..that others have been doing the work for him

It didn’t fail. It allowed them to spend a half billion of our money, giving them more control.
Imagine had Trump done this - 24/7 lamestream exposes and suchlike.
The pier was designed for up to class three waves. The Mediterranean Sea features class four waves. A high schooler could have told you that it wouldn’t work.
