Musk is such an odd duck, last week he said on X that he was going to give Trump campaign 50 million a month until the election. And today he is saying he never said that?!?

I like Musk. Most of the time.
But, he’s passing the buck on this subject, or trying to.
If anyone had dared mess with either of my kids in this manner there would have been a reckoning and I don’t mean a legal reckoning.
I knew instinctively and viscerally that this was radical left wing criminal bullshit and I’m surprised that as smart as Musk is he obviously did not.

I too find it very strange that the world's richest man, a brilliant businessman and entrepreneur, highly intelligent individual, had no moral compass, no baseline of beliefs and didn't even grasp biology - to stop this when it started.
What I will say in his defense is: this began about 12-13 years ago (his son is now 18), and his ex-wife is a woke, left-wing dipsh** (they are now divorced) who sounds exactly like the type who would "trans" her own son for virtue-signalling - and out of sheer spite to her ex-husband, who had become involved with another woman.
He was a busy guy - building factories all over the world and getting rich, so his ex-wife CERTAINLY had a big influence over the child.

Remember... back in the 60’s, 70’s.... there were cults operating that required people to hire “deprogrammers” for their children? I don’t see why Musk couldn’t have managed something similar for his kid. I’m not sure I trust his “”honesty”” on this.

I wonder if this is why Musk has come over so strongly to our side as of late. In former years, I’d always pictured him as more of a non-political fence-sitter: Taking no sides on either the left or the right.
Then, when Tesla was snubbed by the current administration (and by extension, him also), and now this with his son, it paints a much clearer picture. He’s got some skin in the game now, and it’s personal. And when something becomes personal with someone that’s as wealthy as he is, all of a sudden mountains start to move.
Musk has been a secular person.
Even smart accomplished people will fall for things without solid grounding.
In this case evil lies.

........if I had the money Musk has I would create a company patterned after Judicial Watch. Such a company would hire a force of fifty, passionate and young lawyers from a top school but NO lefties.
I would then find clients “with standing” that were in need of legal representation and go after any and all medical personnel that EVER got anywhere near practicing transgenderism.
