Ok. So if she was born in Oakland. Which she was. She is a citizen and is eligible to be elected president. The constitution says so.

No. The Constitution says born to two citizen parents. She was born to zero citizen parents.

The Constitution, article 2 section 1 however, does not specify/define what “natural born” means. However, there are two agreed upon definitions:

1) Being born on US soil. Regardless of one’s parents, if you are born in America, you are a natural born citizen.

The constitution does NOT say two citizen parents.
