Carter served in the military and his appointees knew what a woman was. Still a dullard, but Biden beats him by a couple of lengths.

DH and I were discussing that yesterday. Carter was an incompetent doofus, but not evil. He probably thought he was doing the right things. Biden is pure unmitigated evil, and knows without a doubt he’s doing the exact wrong things — as directed by his lord Satan.
I remember someone saying that so-and-so was the worst President, and someone else (Clinton maybe) was the worst MAN to have been President.
With Biden, it’s a two-fer.
