The reason Biden did not personally tell the cabinet is he does not even know who the hell his cabinet members are other than his Defense Secretary who he referred to as the black one the other day because he had no clue what his name was.
I’m hearing reports that Biden was asked to tell his cabinet himself, so he went to the kitchen, opened up his pantry and starting talking. After a few minutes of that, they decided it was best to have his Chief of Staff tell the cabinet for him.
I wonder with all the stress upon him, UNKO the constant battle with the reality he could not win pushed by the entire dem party chieftains together with his knowing he was a post turtle, that pushed him into a stroke. The I am leaving note is on normal stationary with perhaps his signature.
They have been pumping him so full of meds lately he may have just blown a fuse and is comatose. No public speech, no notice to anyone obviously including his family, no public anything. Just a note on plain bond paper. WOW.
This is no laughing matter. We truly do not have a functioning president and this party, the dems, cares not one whit about that, only how do they keep power. The real question now is whom is the NCA if we are attacked. Obviously to all, it is not now, as if it ever was, the dummy.

While I might think that all of his staffers are millennials or worse and this is just their coin of the realm so it seems normal….something does not add up. Americans must demand that he is seen. Otherwise we don’t have a constitutional crisis, this is a constitutional catastrophe.
Who holds article II power in the United States right now? The answer “I don’t know” by an American citizen is an existential threat to this republic. Joe must be seen today or Kamala must be impeached and donors arrested.
