For now, I’m taking at face value that Biden has withdrawn from the presidential campaign via a tweeted-out letter, with the promise of a live statement to follow. However, a surprising number of people believe that, considering how consequential Biden’s statement is, a tweeted-out letter suggests a coup rather than a voluntary resignation.

Biden was always a stop gap for Harris the person the elites really wanted but had no chance of getting elected even with cheating.
Biden would run one term win reelection and soon after drop out making Harris president. Biden started to loose it earlier than expected and was not able to campaign and would hurt the party over all.
They gave him a test and when he failed they started the early removal coup. He refused being stubborn and believing he could repeat 2020.
The elites go for an assassination attempt on Trump and fail and have to scramble. And decide time for Biden to go and go with a new game plan.
A little bit of poison and Biden is sick with COVID and crying uncle I am out.

I remember looking at Harry Reid who supposedly cracked ribs and broke facial bones including the orbit of his eye which affected his sight in a “treadmill accident” and thinking no way…..someone beat the crap out of him. He was also in a car accident. The regime let him have it several times.
What’s interesting is that if this announcement was put out on Biden’s behalf, without his approval, it leaves Biden with few options. He can say it was done without his consent but then he has to explain why he wasn’t in control of his own communications team or why he didn’t immediately release another statement saying it was a hoax. His silence alone demonstrates he’s not in control.
Now if Biden really wants to be Samson and take the whole party down with him he could say at his next public event, that the resignation notice was sent without his authorization. But where does that leave him? Is he going to turn on the his co-conspirators? If he has stories to tell about them, they have stories they can tell about him.

In other words, even if Biden didn’t agree to drop out, they have him boxed in. I have to admit that if that’s what happened, the deep state played their cards very well - seven ways from Sunday and all that. They have many ways to take someone out - especially one of their own.
