The Butler rally got the third string security detail
While Jill went to some casino to address the "Italian Sons and Daughters" dinner.
The inner security was made up from Secret Service detail was made up from Secret Service with DHS agents (DEA).
Outer ring and perimeter security was provided by Butler Pa. local police officers, who were already short staffed.
