Why wasn’t he approached and questioned by law enforcement?
Apparently short staffed, didn't even have a squad car they could park outside the building. If this wasn't so serious it would be comical.

He looks out of place in that video, and according to reports, he looked that way from the moment he stepped foot onto the site.
They had been talked to earlier. So, he should never have even been there at that point.

The way he’s moving around looking at the people before he walks off reminds me of the John Malkovich crazy character in the Clint Eastwood movie Line of Fire about a guy wanting to kill the president. Eastwood played a Secret Service agent.
Big question! Who’s filming him? They seem to be focusing on him.
He’s on the wrong side of the building. He needs to walk near the parking lot area; find that tall bush/tree, and then in that little recessed area he’d find that 10 foot ladder
Yeah and when they noticed him and reported him as suspicious, but then he disappeared. How does this guy disappear? He sticks out like a sore thumb.
Great question! It's odd a person would be filming a random person an hour before Trump speaks, unless he really did look that suspicious, which makes one wonder since he was THAT suspicious, why SS didn't have eyes on him the entire time? Maybe this was filmed by SS and it's leaked somehow?
