He said the prosecutors were either totally incompetent or just didn’t care.

Yep, you can also identify them because they leave the office at precisely 5:00:00pm

In my county there are some very, very good prosecutors. This sounds more like malfeasance than incompetence.

“Under Brady v. US a prosecutor has a duty to disclose exculpatory evidence. She has a good case for setting aside the guilty verdict.”

How could the prosecutor disclose that which does not exist?

It existed for Baldwin - that’s why the case was dismissed.

“It existed for Baldwin - that’s why the case was dismissed.”

You referred to her case. It didn’t exist till after her conviction.

As for his case it had nothing to do with his actions but the defense and the judge were in on the fix.

Baldwin's case was immediately tossed by the judge, who said the "intentional and deliberate" withholding of evidence was "highly prejudicial to the defendant."

Another idiot and or corrupt judge.

None of that "evidence" changes the fact that Baldwin pointed a gun at her and pulled the trigger.

He too was supposed to make certain no live rounds were in the gun before using it. All actors are required to verify the gun is "cold" before using them.

The prosecutors did not know about the “evidence”. Only the defense knew about it. STRANGE!

The “evidence” was not exculpatory. It had no bearing on Baldwin’s actions on the set.

It was part of the “fix”.

“Another idiot and or corrupt judge.”

When sentencing the armorer she told her that she ALONE was responsible.

How was it that the defense knew about the “evidence” and the prosecutor didn’t? The fix was in.

On this particular topic, I think you may have a point. The prosecutor is not so stupid as to withhold evidence. No lawyer is that stupid.

Smells like a fix.

“On this particular topic, I think you may have a point. The prosecutor is not so stupid as to withhold evidence. No lawyer is that stupid.”

The ammo was brought into the station years after the shooting by a friend of the armorer’s father after she was convicted. He would not wait to be interview by a detective and did not return multiple calls by detectives.

Thus it was not files with the Baldwin case number. But the defense got the body cam of the delivery.

Judge should wrongly ruled. The fix was in.

No, it wasn’t disclosed until after her case. The prosecution had a duty to disclose it.

Baldwin should have served time in jail but this armorer was a trainwreck and deserves her time as well.

That gal was a train wreck and it wasn’t her first effort.

Here is a thread about her incompetence.
