As for Trump's ear — if they did a cartilage graft like they did to my father, the EarTruthers will lose their minds when the ear comes out looking untouched. My father had a huge chunk taken out of the top of his ear in a cancer surgery. They did some sort of magic to it and it completely grew back like it was brand new.

First good photo of the wound I found online looked like a through and through wound of right antihelix, all interior to the actual rim. AKA a “pierced ear.” Trump said he had no sutures, so I doubt had any graft. Likely letting it heal in on its own, frequently done for ear cancers, but hiding the distracting process with that cosmetic dressing. Guys his age tend to be happy so long as eye glasses and hearing aids fit ok.
He should have an ear gauge put in there, maybe a smiley face...
