Article “The shooting was “an epic failure”

Yup. The assassin missed.

When you ask the wrong questions you get the wrong answers.

CONgress has their very own Jail in the basement, for over 150 years now.

“U.S. CODE
TITLE 2—THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 6—CONGRESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURE; INVESTIGATIONS
Sec. 193. Privilege of witnesses
No witness is privileged to refuse to testify to any fact, or to produce any paper, respecting which he shall be examined by either House of Congress, or by any joint committee established by a joint or concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress, or by any committee of either House, upon the ground that his testimony to such fact or his production of such paper may tend to disgrace him or otherwise render him infamous.”

Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon’s Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You’ll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions.

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.

Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.

Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.

Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

In 1857, a New York Times reporter refused to say which members of Congress had asked him to get them bribes (protecting his “sources” just as various Judith Millers today protect the people who feed them proven lies that costs thousands of lives), so Congress locked him up until he answered and then banned him from Congress.

In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held — literally held — him in contempt. Senator Thomas Walsh of Montana argued that this question of contempt was of the gravest importance, and that it involved “the very life of the effective existence of the House of Representatives of the United States and of the Senate of the United States.” The matter was taken to court, and the witness fined and imprisoned.

Should any one be surprised that Mayorkas is playing games with the investigation?

They cannot answer the questions. If they do, they will accidentally reveal that this was a state-sanctioned, Biden-directed assassination attempt.

As the days go by it’s becoming clear and clearer this was a freaking set up and insight job they wanted to John F Kennedy President Trump! But God got in the way and intervened! The more I see those pictures of the sniper having a direct shot at Trump the more I’m convinced God tilted trump’s head. Consider this the biggest cover-up in a presidential assassination. Why do I say that because there were thousands of people who witnessed it and thousands of cellphone videos of the sniper getting into position ready to take a shot directly towards Trump. And the SS snipers on the opposite roof hesitated to shoot the bastard and did only when three shots were already disengaged killing one innocent man and injuring two and literally by the grace of God missed Trump.

“The Secret Service agency is part of Mayorkas’s DHS. It is run by sociology graduate Kimberly Cheatle” A security agency commanded by a sociology graduate? Hmm, I might see a problem.

That is because Republicans never actually fight. Fight back dirty you damn idiot. For that first day, subpoena citizens in the town who saw him on the roof and were trying to get somebody to give a damn. Invite the widow and daughter of the man murdered. If homeland security won’t cooperate, get testimony from the people who will and let them humiliate Secret Service.

The Secret Service agency is part of Mayorkas’s DHS. It is run by sociology graduate Kimberly Cheatle.

How Ms. Cheatle has not resigned as of today is mind bending. The entire event at Butler PA was a frightening disgrace.

“...Alejandro Mayorkas is interfering with the House’s investigation into the attempted murder of President Donald Trump...”

To be clear, The United States Secret Service (USSS or Secret Service) is a federal law enforcement agency under the Department of Homeland Security. Dipskit is the head of homeland security. The Secret Service is legally required to protect major party presidential and vice presidential candidates and their families 120 days out from a general election. However, if ordered by the president as SS works for him, if he requires protection for a candidate outside of the 120 days, the homeland security is responsible.

But to take it a step worse, in 1965, Congress authorized the Secret Service (Public Law 89-186) to protect a former president and his/her spouse during their lifetime, unless they decline protection. (Which Trump didn’t) So, he’s out there running for his and his bosses back side. He and his underlings screwed up.

And there is also some investigation into if some of Trump’s normal team was given stand down because they had been working 7 days straight. This was brought up by a Newsweek writer in this article:

https://www.newsweek.com/secret-service-divert-trump-jill-biden-denial-1925058

Homeland security is in damage control.

Mayorkas is now rushing to pick people within “days” for a supposedly independent review of the agency’s failure.

I'm sure he is. It can't be all that difficult to find toadies and lickspittles who will be happy to investigate themselves and find they'd done nothing wrong, but finding ones who are willing to sign their names to it, maybe not so much.

All you need to know about Mayorkas:
“Biden on Monday announced the nomination of Alejandro Mayorkas, who served under President Barack Obama as deputy secretary of homeland security and director of the Citizenship and Immigration Services.”
Mayorkas takes his orders from the Regime Gestapo leader, Obama.

#SanitizedForTheirProtection.
Where are Mike and Mitch SCREAMING for heads to roll! Anyone watching and reading the FACTS about this assassination (a Fire Brother was assassinated) knows that this was an inside job, probably that B’tard Mayorkas’s plan, or Garland. I wouldn’t doubt either of them was responsible.
This needs to be blown out in the open. The FBI has sanitized everything, but the blatant truth is clear as anything. This was an inside job to murder Donald Trump.

When they haul Wray up to Congress, he can just say I cannot answer that question because it’s under investigation.
