Then, this moron of a kid showed up and revealed the serious holes in the Secret Service security. Sadly, we lost what appears to be a very solid husband, father and neighbor as a result. It could have been far worse.

I categorically reject the negligence argument.
The Secret Service has many issues for sure—but I believe they are being set up as the patsy here.
My view is that their comms were jammed by other Deep State actors and a couple of moles in the Secret Service (who actually worked for FBI or CIA or whoever) plotted to assassinate President Trump.
Keeping investigators focused on the idiotic Secret Service leadership and policies will help protect the guilty.
