Jews of all level of observance can celebrate Shabbat. Atheists can celebrate Shabbat. If invited by Jews, Christians can celebrate Shabbat (as I did once).
But most Reform Jews, atheists, and Christians do not.
Hopefully, Christians will celebrate Divine Liturgy on the Lord’s Day.

I knew a Jewish Objectivist who celebrated Shabbat.
Back in the 1980s, when I was a young libertarian atheist, I attended a weekly Objectivist Discussion Group in Los Angeles. Much of the discussion was making fun of religion and the Bible. This weekly event was hosted by this Jewish woman.
One day, I called her on the phone, and she mentioned that she would be unavailable on a certain date, because she'd celebrating Shabbat.
I was surprised. I said, "But you're an atheist."
She replied, "Yes, but I'm still Jewish."
I also met an elderly man in the group who said he had been living on a kibbutz. Then he read Atlas Shrugged. The very day he finished it, he left the kibbutz, realizing the immorality of collectivism.

Jewish is more of a race than a religion. For some of them, adherence to current liberal social narratives is their religion. It’s how they do church if they don’t go to Temple. It’s the focus of their worship. An exception is Israel and they keep silent when libs are doing Palestine.
They will literally watch Jews being attacked by Pali supporters or Muslims and say “Conservatives would do that to us if they could”.
