According to a report from CNN citing law enforcement officials, Crooks bought the ladder from Home Depot on the day he tried to assassinate Trump from the roof of a nearby building.
If this report is accurate and to be believed, Crooks may have made it past law enforcement and the Secret Service carrying a very tall ladder and used it to climb the building unnoticed.
CNN reports:
On Friday, he went to a shooting range where he was a member, and practiced firing, a law enforcement official told CNN. The next morning, Crooks went to a Home Depot, where he bought a five-foot ladder, and a gun store, where he purchased 50 rounds of ammunition, the official said.
Then, Crooks drove his Hyundai Sonata about an hour north, joining thousands of people from around the region who flocked to Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. He parked the car outside the rally, with an improvised explosive device hidden in the trunk that was wired to a transmitter he carried, the official said. Then, investigators believe, he used his newly-bought ladder to scale a nearby building, and opened fire on the former president.
Bulk pack from Bulgaria.
That is actually an 8’ step ladder. It looks like it is fiberglass, a Class II likely. They cost around .... https://www.homedepot.com/s/8‘%20step%20ladder?NCNI-5
The gal, head of SS, doesn’t get her $50,000 bonus because she didn’t achieve her objective.
I doubt you could fit a five foot ladder in a Hyundai Sonata, much less the 8 - 12 ft. ladder in the picture. As usual lots of this stuff just doesn’t add up. We’re being played.
“...drove his Hyundai Sonata...”

What about that van with the Arizona license plates?
Ultramax, cheapish commercial reloads came in 50 rd boxes once upon a time. I may still have a few kicking around somewhere dirty as all get out. possibly other manufacturers do the same.
Good point.
She wasn’t hired for her qualifications but for her ideology and gender.
Even if she quits, she won’t go away. They never go away but just move on to another slot somewhere.
The guy must have been a helluva’n athlete! 5 foot ladder and a 15-20 foot roof? JUMP! Also, I’ve never heard of buying less than a box of ammo for an AR15 ... a box usually holds about 50 rounds. The “reporter” here needs to go to the range a few times. Note if you see a picture of the ladder, it is about 12-15 feet tall leaning up against the roof in that alcove.
The REAL story is how the shooter got from Point A to Point B with NO RESISTANCE.
Point A being wherever he put his head the night before and Point B being on the roof firing the shot that nearly took out Trump.
The most general answer is in three words, planning, planning, planning.
It wasn’t by dumb happenstance nor was it by the planning of a 20 year old disposable shooter.
Building was security staging area with 2 security agents inside while the shooter was on the roof, how fn ridiculous is this
Closed on weekends I Just googled the company:

I have seen a few purveyors or remanufactured 5.56/.223 selling it in 50 rd boxes. I doubt that’s what’s involved here.
I have also seen M855 (62gr 5.56) sold in boxes of 30 on stripper clips. I doubt that’s what’s involved here.
Total BS from the Big Media Democrat Party Corrupt Government machine is most likely.
Thanks.

Home Depot stores typically use security video, so there should be video of Crooks at Home Depot carrying the ladder. IMO this video should be made public, and the sooner the better.
Hornady sells a variety of .223 in 50-round boxes. At least a few other brands do too.
This was almost JFK 2.0. If the people in this administration weren't so incompetent, it would have been.
The ladder imo is evidence that Crooks (or someone) pre-planned the assassination. Either Crooks or someone else visited the event site prior to the Home Depot shopping trip. In theory, cell phone tower pings by Crooks’ cell phone should reveal (if he was a so-called “lone nut”) when he first visited the event site. It is becoming difficult to imagine Crooks acting alone.
Maybe Crooks’ tower pings are coincidental with someone else’s tower pings. Perhaps Congress should investigate to this level of detail.
Congress needs ONE commission to investigate this, not 3 committees.
And parked his van on a closed for security (ha!) street.
And while SS had him zeroed in on their weapons for 30 minutes. And why the two SS inside didn’t get radioed and the SS guys/gals stationed on the same roof didn’t notice him. Yeah, it is being reported they did have the roof secured but secured by which side, hmm.
