A team of police snipers team saw Thomas Crooks scouting their command post three times in the minutes before he climbed on top of it and shot Donald Trump from just inches above their heads, it has emerged.
Three police marksmen from Beaver County were using the single-story AGR International building as their watch-post when the would-be assassin chose it as his place to shoot from, CBS reported.
And he may have been in place on the roof for up to 30 minutes before he unleashed his volley of shots that killed one man and nearly took the life of the 45th president on Saturday evening.
A law enforcement official told the channel said that no action was taken after one of the snipers first spotted Crooks looking up at the roof of the building in Butler, Pennsylvania, just 130 yards from where the president would speak.
The 20-year-old disappeared around a corner before he was seen a second time, sitting down and looking at his phone, prompting one of the snipers to take his picture.

Plus how many multiple millions of dollars are allocated to the Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies? Yet some murderous misfit climbed upon a roof and fires some shots off within a 2 minute warning.
Maybe if an OSHA inspector had been there and saw the ladder was unsafe none of this would have happened.
Also, NBC (I think) has a report out that the shooter brought a 5 foot ladder with him. From the height of that building, how do you use a 5 foot ladder to get to the roof?
The media's and the SS and police stories are not making sense. Maybe they're not supposed to: distraction/fog of war.
Take a look at the photo, behind the small kid, you can see an ac unit that is on the side of the building joining corridor that looks like it could be climbed on to gain roof access. It is on the opposite side of the building from the where the ladder in all the photos is. The story that crooks used the ac plausible from this picture(not 100% since you can’t see how close the ac unit is to the building connecting corridor.
[Both the Secret Service and the local constabulary are looking more and more to either be in on this or just a bunch of Keystone Kops.]
That may be too tough an assignment given their lack of proper oversight of the area.
How come there are only HS pics of Crooks? Why aren’t we seeing his 20 yr old self other that the rooftop pics?

Rumor has it the rooftop was deemed a fall hazard and they were not allowed up there.

So, a big public area, countless witnesses, everyone and their grandma has a camera these days. Like, for as clever as the Deep State is, they are idiots.
You’d think: Ok, we need Trump dead, controlled area, limited witnesses, limited footage. Trump being transferred from one vehicle to another, entering a building, that sort of stuff. Doesn’t that make more sense? You get: Trump is dead, the pasty is dead, and we have majority control over the footage and narrative about it.
But I guess they are too damn arrogant to worry about this playing out as it did and were prepared to not care what anyone thinks.
No one has resigned or been fired as of yet involved in this.

“Crooks” seems to be an apt name for the “Croaked” assassin....
He was reported to be seen with that rifle 30 minutes before he took the shots.

If that is crooks, he was scoping it out. I am starting to believe he did use the ac unit to gain access. He scoped everything out before getting his AR-15 out of his car and making his move to get on the building. This photo shows the ac unit I now believe he used to climb up.
