I certainly have no insight into the tactical C&C of the presidential protection team. I doubt any conspiracy would be stupid enough to use the tactical comms to orchestrate an assassination attempt or that anymore than a single person on the team could keep a planned assassination attempt secret for long.
Additionally, if the SS protection team wanted to kill rather than protect Trump, that could be accomplished any time. Yet he has had a protection team for going on 4 years now, and maybe longer if the team has members from his POTUS days. I suspect they are loyal to their job, if not POTUS.
If you were some deep state actor, like a Brennan, and you set in motion a plan to assassinate trump, would you hire a 20 year old misfit gun nut or someone really versed in arms and could be relied upon to get the job done? Especially if it could get traced back to you, which at some point, it would?
This is why I dont believe that a specific act was orchestrated. But clearly the environment was prepped, through dangerous rhetoric, through allowance of lawlessness of groups like BLM and Antifa, through villainization of Trump. Then ‘they’ just sat back and waited for what was inevitable, that some nut would try to take out their ‘Hitler’.
This may have been facilitated by not providing sufficient protection resources. Rules of engagement has finally been discussed (whether accurately or not is TBD) but there seems to be an issue there as well. DEI policies certainly dont help either. Women on the team may have carried out their duties admirably to the best of their abilities, but as pointed out by many, a 5’4” person is probably not the best cover for a 6’4” package.
I see all of the above problems as the result of just the awful way the leftist administration does business, but again, not a specific plot.

That is not what I am claiming.
Let me very specific—the Secret Service did not need to know anything about who was going to be the shooter. Other Deep State actors could recruit and train the shooter.
The Secret Service conspirators had to have control over communications (to keep President Trump’s stage detail from getting early warning) and to clear one specific location for the shooter.
That is it.
Then they can claim “oops” to any later investigators.
It is called compartmentalization—easy peasy for the Intelligence Community.
All they had to do was to fail to pass on an early warning to the folks on stage. Their silence was their “control over comms”.
They can truthfully say “we didn’t do anything” because they did nothing.
Intentionally.
With malice.
As part of the plot.
