I don't see where he said he was and SS agent. They had local and state cops there, too. He was wearing a POLICE vest, not that means it is impossible he wasn't. See Larry Johnsons video he posted last night. That was all discussed.
Uniformed SS Officers have POLICE printed on the back of their ballistic vests and Secret Service on the front. The counter-snipers were definitely SS officers.

I was wondering if anyone asked Pepsi woman if the rules of engagement were where the SS cannot fire on a threat unless they fire first. If this wasn’t asked I’d be dumbfounded.
