Kung Fu Panda star Jack Black’s band Tenacious D mocked Donald Trump just one day after the former president was struck by but survived an assassin’s bullet, with a band member shouting “don’t miss Trump next time” during a performance on Sunday.
Tenacious D was performing in Sydney, Australia, when the tasteless comment was made from the stage, according to video from Sunday’s concert. It remains unclear which band member made the remark, though some reports identified the speaker as bandmember Kyle Gass.
Expressing a wish for the death of a U.S. president is a federal crime.

No unfortunately it is not. In fact federal courts have ruled simply expressing a view that "X" President should be offed or you wouldn't care if "X" President is offed, isn't a crime and is protected free speech (it still could likely get you a visit from the Secret Service and put on a list though).
To be considered a crime someone needs to express intent to carry out the act. Such as saying, "If I have a chance I will shoot "X" President.
If movies of the past retained any shred of decency, it was only because of pushback from decency organizations.
Pre-code movies prove that Hollywood would have loved to have pushed indecency and perversion even sooner than they did.
All that is true of the movie industry is even more so of the music industry. Musicians are actually proud of their drug-taking, sexual promiscuity, and boorish behavior.
I've gotten a lot of enjoyment from watching movies and listening to music made by these moral degenerates, but now I'm doing it as much as I can for free so they aren't getting much from me.

The left are hoping that the anger and furor over the murder of an innocent person, the injury of another, and the almost assassination of a presidential candidate, will blow over and it will be business as usual.
