I can’t say you’re wrong. It’s incomprehensible that an elevated position within 450 ft. of the stage seems to have been completely ignored in all respects.
I haven’t been shooting in many years but I guarantee that I could pick up a rifle tomorrow and hit dimes at that distance with iron sights.
