According to the news article, apparently this did not happen for Trump. I remember that in the news article that the Trump campaign had complained about it. Mayorkas then issued a snippy statement that the DHS would not increase the level of SS protection until Trump was "officially nominated" at the RNC convention, and not before then.
The news article noted that this was highly unusual and went against traditional norms for protecting the presumptive nominee.

It has been reported (I've been unable to confirm) that Joe was in church for mass at the time of the shooting. IF that is true, that seals the deal for me. "The President was in church when the assassination took place." It's just too campaign perfect - which means staged. Which means it WAS a Deep State operation.

The most OBVIOUS shooter spot was unsecured, SS snipers just watch shooter unload rounds UNTIL Trump is down safe and no longer a target, Trump gets to safety ON HIS OWN and THEN the SS covers him, the Agents on detail are fumbling and confused “last minute” substitutes - some are just temporary HS “agents”, the egress route was unsecured to cause a slow evac...and more. It’s all way too much to be dismissed as incompetence.

Like anybody would waste a bullet on Jill or Hunter. They could probably walk around with no security and nobody would bother with them.
