Unconfirmed reports indicate the SS sniper had the assassin in his sights for at least 3 minutes . Secret Service leadership refused to give the order to take out the perpetrator.
I’d like to read the radio communications of law enforcement and secret service.

One thing to point the guy out to an officer— what happened next- the guy still was moving up and sliding his rifle. This is not the only people who saw him. Guy with the Trump red hair golf hat— quite vocal.
Who can say— couldn’t they have thrown rocks at him- get him to haul a@@ or make himself seen for full body sighting. These were people not inside the “secure area”, and... could have been armed themselves even in PA.
