I consider this report from "Jonathan Willis" as highly unlikely to be true. It is just too convenient as a confirmation bias.

The horrible thing for me is that I cannot say the probability of truth is zero. It might be true.

Setting up bait information and then discrediting it is a basic manipulation technique for distracting people from real conspiracies. Intelligence agencies train their propaganda writers in this sort of thing. 4Chan has been used as one of their distribution forums in the past.

I would be really careful with this story.

Let's see if "Jonathan Willis" is a real person, working for a real police department, and in fact the one assigned to the Trump security detail. If he is, he will turn up again. We will probably learn that he has just been fired and accused of being an alcoholic or similar. That would make this story much more credible.

4chan is a forum devoted to sh*t posting, tricks, fakes, jokes, and trying to see who can be fooled by what the posters post.

It is about the most unreliable source possible, unless you include the Babylon Bee and sites like that.
