There is video at theconservativetreehouse.com that shows the police sniper having already targeted the shooter prior to any shots. Likely on the radio waiting for a go ahead to shoot. This hesitation nearly got Trump killed and did lead to at least one innocent bystander’s death.
Wrong. See post 120. The closer sniper raising his head from his ‘scope is almost certainly him trying to “find” the bogey having just popped up over the ridgeline. Both clearly flinch - my guess is that these guys have not regularly trained for this under live fire.
