May not be true or confirmed yet but the sniper that took the shot said he had him in his sights for 3 minutes and watched the shooter adjust his scope and was told by his boss not to engage. And was not supposed to after he took shots at Trump. He did it anyways and was arrested and questioned by FBI for a hour. If true that’s just strange.
I am going with "extremely unlikely to be true" on this one.
If the SWAT guy had such orders, he sure as Hell would not be talking to anybody else about them. If he had such orders and disobeyed them, the FBI would not arrest and interrogate him either. They would simply make him disappear. A "tragic automobile accident, driving while intoxicated" or some such thing.
The "Deep State" is not yet at that level of power and confidence. They still need their actions to have plausible deniability.
