Where did the ladder come from?
Do not know. Benny Johnson mentioned it. I thought maybe it was one attached to the building.
Ladders have been known to walk out of hardware stores and plant themselves in strategic areas! LOL!

He walked in the door and up the stairs to a roof access. He also had to pre-sight the rifle for range. This wasn’t spur-of-the-moment. One guard at the door was all that was needed.
