Apparently, we get a close-up picture of the face of a dead murderer, (A Trump supporter was killed) a side shot of a dead body from below the building, but they can’t show us a full body picture with the weapon.

At one point, during my competition shooting days (1978), I shot a record 34 consecutive V-Ring bullseyes at 600 meters, firing a match M-14 with iron sights.
As far as I know, nobody has broken my record.

Yeah. I’m sure they barfed a little bit in their mouths covering this at all. The attempted assassination of a former president and frontrunner to be the next is simply too great of a story to not cover.

Absolutely right. The Secret Service is the epitome of a “You had ONE job” profession. There’s no such thing as “good enough”, and they don’t get partial credit. It’s strictly Pass-Fail, and they FAILED yesterday. If anyone is able to mount a real threat to the safety of their protectee, they have failed, period, regardless of the outcome.
If not for absolute divine providence Trump would have been killed, and the Secret Service had NOTHING to do with the very fortunate outcome. That DEI SS director has to go immediately and there must be a real independent investigation, including figurative proctology exams for every individual involved in the failure to ensure there was no insider plot.

So what a choice we have in November. A man who gets shot and shakes it off or a guy who passes gas on the British royal family. That’s a tough one.
My only question is, did the police unit that took out the sniper have them in their sights before he got off his shots and if so, where is the recording of the comms between the police shooters and their supervisor?
It reminds me of the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode when Larry gets the short, tiny female chauffeur assigned to him that has a hard time carrying his bags so Larry has to carry them and when he complains they say she is perfectly qualified.
They ( counter snipers ) were trained on the target BEFORE the little creep made his first shot. We have the video. No need for audio, that is proof right there.
Who gave the snipers the order to stand down? Why hasn’t the SS done a press conference yet?
I've seen really good bench shooters on a range, flinch and/or jerk a trigger in anticipation of making a big game shot. The adrenaline and nerves just get to them.
