A man with a rifle could be seen on a rooftop minutes before shots were fired at a Donald Trump rally in Pennsylvania, a witness has told the BBC.
Greg, the witness, said the man was armed with a rifle and had crawled on top of a building just outside the event in Butler County on Friday evening.

"We noticed the guy bear-crawling up the roof of the building beside us, 50ft away from us," he said.
"He had a rifle, we could clearly see a rifle.
"We're pointing at him, the police are down there running around on the ground, we're like 'Hey man, there's a guy on the roof with a rifle'... and the police did not know what was going on."
Greg said he pointed at the gunman for three to four minutes to try to alert the authorities.
"We were telling the police, we were pointing at him for the Secret Service who were looking at us from the top of the barn."

I don’t know nearly enough to make a good guess but I just saw Goodfellas again last night. The scenes of federal authorities constantly running a helicopter overhead to keep watch would have been a good idea to look for rooftop snipers.

Here are the Secret Service snipers. They had a line of sight on him BEFORE and after the attempt. The Secret Service knew he was there for two minutes before the attempt.

Does no one find it odd that the shooter was taken out by a sharpshooter within seconds? That means the shooter was in the sharspshooters line of sight? He didnt see him?

Shooter was on roof of AGR Building. It appears the Stage was setup near the Concession Road area near where you see 3 buildings in a row. The guy who saw he shooter was from the Brenckles Greenhouse who had walk up to the field just to hear the rally speech.
