That shot was 3 inches from a Civil War.
Inside job is very, very possible. Would explain why nothing was done when the eyewitness allegedly pointed out the guy’s presence to the police. Although the local police might have assumed that it was part of the security detail. Still should have alerted the SS - they know who their people are.
If the eyewittness report turns out to be correct that a shooter with a rifle was allowed to get on a nearby rooftop, I would agree.

The thing that scared the hell outta me is that a 22lr or small caliber can enter the brain, with the victim initially appearing functional and fine. I froze the TV image and it appeared to be a small entry wound. I trust that’s not the case at this time...
