Videos of the Presumed shooter at the Trump rally motionless on the rooftop of a building. dead.OMG! Isn't the SS supposed to be positioned on every building rooftop surrounding any protected person? I remember seeing Bush Sr. visit Xerox; every building had SS sharpshooters positioned on it. THIS WAS A MASSIVE SS FAILURE.
