The pictures in the article show men in fatigues on a hike wearing packs that are packed full.
I’d say they are not troops unless you want to consider drug mules as troops.
I think the uniforms are camo fatigues to blend into the surroundings for the drug mules carrying drugs instead of actual troops, there is no need for military troops to be wearing fatigues.
A solid 70% of the Country will awake as we/they did on 9-11 should such foolery actually come to fruition. But this time, the hunt for the Country’s enemies will likely begin from within.
