Yes, President Joe Biden — who told donors he is “done talking about the debate” in which his performance was poor enough that his own party seems to be slowly agreeing he can’t be the nominee despite a strongly worded letter released on Monday morning — couldn’t do the vigorous campaigning he’d hoped to do to shore up his eroding base because this is the week the North Atlantic Treaty Organization meets to commemorate its 75th anniversary.

It wasn’t a joke. Biden’s dementia caused him to make a comment regarding the fact that he had f****d the NATO official’s wife. Dementia patients have a problem with saying the truth out loud and many make crude sexual comments since the part of their brain that normally stops people from make such crude comments, even if true, is damaged.
Other people heard it differently. Apparently, so did the audience.
So quit blaming people here on FR.

I listened to it a dozen times. Biden didn’t say “talkin” no more than the NASCAR fans were chanting “Let’s Go Brandon”.
Also why would he apologize for speaking to Stoltenberg’s wife? That doesn’t make sense.
