It doesn't matter how many pictures you post of the US AIM-120, it doesn't have the distinctive protruding rear engine as in the hospital destroying russian KH-101
Also, KH-101 has 400Kg of explosives vs the Aim-120 which has 22 kg explosives (designed to destroy soft-skinned airborne targets such as aircraft, cruise missiles, and long-range drones) and could not possible cause that amount of damage to the hospital

Whoever did it, it was most likely an accident. Neither side has any reason to waste a missle, and incur a propaganda defeat, by bombing a children hospital.

Also, if a Russian missile caused this, why isn’t the hospital completely destroyed? The damage is not from a Russian missile, but a Norwegian interceptor missile.

Cannot say that I said that, but, like the Palestinians Zelensky has a tendency to locate military assets next to civilian installations, knowing full-well that the Western media won’t report those crimes.
HOWEVER - the problem for Zelensky is that the Russians play differently than the Israelis and don’t put up with human shields, and so Zelensky winds up being responsible for the deaths in those cases.
