Whoever did it, it was most likely an accident. Neither side has any reason to waste a missle, and incur a propaganda defeat, by bombing a children hospital.

Cannot say that I said that, but, like the Palestinians Zelensky has a tendency to locate military assets next to civilian installations, knowing full-well that the Western media won’t report those crimes.
HOWEVER - the problem for Zelensky is that the Russians play differently than the Israelis and don’t put up with human shields, and so Zelensky winds up being responsible for the deaths in those cases.
