Howard Dean: Biden ‘Does Have Some’ ‘Cognitive Decline,’ But It’s ‘Not All of a Sudden’

On Tuesday’s broadcast of “CNN Newsroom,” former DNC Chair Howard Dean said that he thinks President Joe Biden can run the country and “This cognitive decline, which he does have some of, is not all of a sudden. He has a great team around him. He gets the total issues, and I think he’s done a great job his first term.”

Dean said, “I certainly support the President’s ability to run the country. I think he does have the ability to run the country. This cognitive decline, which he does have some of, is not all of a sudden. He has a great team around him. He gets the total issues, and I think he’s done a great job his first term. And I think he can have a great second term. That is not what the problem is. The problem is perception. And, as you know, in politics, perception is often more important than substance.”

my best guess so far... they’ll nominate a couple of people that will obey, take orders...that’s all they care about anyway... and then just rely on their ETM (Election Theft Machine) to deliver the goods for them.

True, he’s been in decline for at least a year but not as noticeably as in the last few months. Perhaps he had a mini-stroke or something that damaged him more than typical aging. All presidents age in office, probably faster because of the stress, but he’s the worst I’ve seen.

Joe Biden had brain aneurysms in 1988. That did damage. He survived. So he did okay. Then he got old. Now we can see what's happening to him. I think if it wasn't for his brain aneurysms, he would have aged normally.
