A cool front would bring cooler, drier air down from the north. This is just air being sucked up from the south by Beryl’s remnants and it’s moist air. And still warm. Without the breeze, it would be sticky out there. The wind is now just a little breeze but it’s enough to make it feel alright. We have another toasty day ahead.

Too bad you can’t get the mats out of Tux’s tail. But at least you can get some of the excess hair off his body and that helps him feel cooler. They can use all the help they can get when it’s super hot.

Heading over there now to set her up with what she needs until tomorrow afternoon.

Enjoy the nice evening. I even went out for a bit and sat with the kitties. Shadow wanted his tummy skritched and Grey wanted more food. For a little thing and thin, she eats a LOT!

I’ll be off here by the time you get back. I was up waaaaay too late last night and now I’m really sleepy. Oh, I talked to my son via text today and he said “It’s been a bit rainy and pretty windy. It’s just a tropical storm now, and the main part is to the east of us. So we’re pretty much in the outer bands part of it. It was a very nice summer rain though.” So, I was relieved to see that.

See ya tomorrow!
