FOAD Sucky.
Is there anyone out there in the webverse who estimates how much of our tax dollars the dems have wasted just to try and get President Trump? Also what percentage of the DOJ, FBI, other law enforcement and intel agencies are committed to get him. And why aren’t these wastes of tax dollars on dem whims considered campaign contributions?
democrats are why we cannot have nice things
It seems ok to the Dems when 'courts' grant stuff to Biden.
Payback it truly a bitch, ain't it!
indeed!
Every president was covered by immunity for official acts. Biden better hope he is covered for crimes committed while taking official actions.
Sorry sport, even if you could get it through the house, you can’t pass a law that overrides the constitution.
But, Morning Joe and the Hoe will build it up, along with Tapper, etc. And the lefty lemmings will bob their heads “yes”.
It had to be Russian collusion, voter suppression or whatever.
Ummmmmn.... Wasn’t this SCOTUS decision based on the Constitution, and NOT on laws?
Schumer, I’ll see your law and raise you one.
Menendez should be found guilty in a few days, Schumer should focus on removing him from the senate if he is so troubled by criminals.
No official act is overtly illegal. Taking bribes is not an official act or a fundamental job of the President, so Joe could still be prosecuted.
OTOH, giving a speech to rally supporters is a fundamental part of being a political leader. As is contesting elections that you suspect of fraud.
I was thinking Biden better hope he has immunity from destroying the country by allowing 20 million criminals from 150 countries to flood in to the US in violation of the constitution and his oath of office.
Hail Schumer!
Hail Victory!
Does the bill strip all presidents of immunity or just Trump? It makes a difference.
I don’t want Biden to have immunity for anything he (or rather his puppet masters) orders while “President”. The immunity ruling was not the win for our side that many here think it was.
IIRC. THE USSC judgement was that the Florida Supreme Court could not unilaterally change Florida's electoral process mid-way which is up to the State Legislature and not Florida Supremes. It stopped the last "chad counting". I could have it wrong, but I remember the USSC opined that Florida SC had no jurisdiction to interfere with the Constitutional right of State Legislatures to stipulate their own process. I believe that was the lawsuit by Gore.
How does such a bill get a vote in the house?
Well, he watched the Executive Branch ignore the USSC ... confident that the “opposition party” wouldn’t “oppose”.
The Florida Supreme Court couldn’t call it because it was a Federal Election and they’re a State Court. All I remember is that guy with the bulging eyeballs checking out a chad. The other thing I remember is one of the Supremes speaking about punching out the chads saying...What’s so hard about that.
If I remember my history, Gore asked to have certain districts recounted and lost. If he had asked for a recount of all districts he would have won. He mostly asked to have dem oriented districts recounted.
