Contrast that sorry collection of speech writers and their miserable output for Joe Biden with what Ronald Reagan did by himself, after two terms as governor of California, from 1975 to 1979. Ronald Reagan researched, wrote, and delivered over a thousand five minute broadcasts on commercial radio, one for every working day. The longhand manuscripts and audio tapes of those talks are in the Reagan library.
