How many of those shootings involved clashes between DRUG gangs trying to monopolize their DRUG market. I am focusing on the illegal drug element because it is NEVER mentioned. They want to put the emphasis on the guns instead of the root problem--the illegal drug merchandizing. That's good for the Drug Cartels who want an unfettered ability to operate.
