The Center Square) – Taxpayers are not only funding the border crisis, but they are also paying for numerous free services illegal foreign nationals receive, according to a new report published by the House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement.

The committee blames the Biden administration in its new report, "Chauffeur at the Border, Concierge in the Interior: How the Biden Administration Rewards Illegal Aliens on the Taxpayers' Dime" for costs to U.S. taxpayers.

It also notes that Congress, including Republicans, voted to fund the programs it identified as wasting taxpayer money and facilitating the border crisis when Congress passed an omnibus appropriations bill in March that President Joe Biden signed into law.

The $1.3 trillion funding package passed by a vote of 72-24 in the Senate and 286-134 in the House. It included $61.8 billion for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

The report states that the Biden administration funneled tens of millions of taxpayer money to facilitate illegal entry into the U.S. and also provided "support services" to illegal foreign nationals "at the expense of border security and public safety."

It cites data exclusively reported on by The Center Square about the now more than two million foreign nationals who illegally entered the country and evaded capture, known as "gotaways," since Biden has been in office.

In addition to the Biden administration incentivizing "mass illegal immigration into the United States," it is also encouraging "illegal aliens to arrive at the border, chauffeurs them into the interior, and then rewards them with concierge services, all on the taxpayers' dime and at the expense of public safety," the report states.

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas' newly created U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program, for example, "serves as a taxpayer-provided windfall for illegal aliens to receive social services once they are inside the United States," it states.

Taxpayer money is also funding an ATD subprogram, the Young Adult Case Management Program (YACMP), which provides illegal foreign nationals with free services, including legal orientation programs, legal service provider referrals, social services referrals, mental health support, among others……more…

This is so bogus-——the kids arent missing, they are loaned out, passed around to other migrants. to be used in lucrative scams to get tax dollars from S/S and hefty disability checks.

Biden overturned Trump’s order to get the DNA of these so-called needy families, to make sure the kids are really theirs.

A common practice by these greedy illegals is getting a crooked doctor to say a kid’s autistic b/c they get hefty SS tax paid benefits every month for the kid.

The maximum possible disability benefit for autism in 2024 is $943 per month for SSI and about $3,822 per month for SSDI. These maximums apply regardless of what condition you have or whether you apply with one condition or multiple. The actual amount received depends on specific circumstances. (Dec 7, 2023)

Disability Living Allowance (DLA) is a key benefit for children under 16 living with disability, including autism. It is assessed according to care needs, and a diagnosis is not required to make a claim. DLA helps cover the extra costs of raising a child with a disability. (Jan 30, 2024)

Democratic and Republican Trump supporters are reminded that the House has both the "power of the purse" and the power to impeach, the Senate (remove from office) needing to agree with both.

In other words, the real problem with Congress's hypocritical whining about “Biden's” unconstitutional spending for undocumented Democrats, such spending based on the very corrupt post-17th Amendment ratification (popular voting for federal senators) Congress's abuse of its 16th Amendment powers (direct taxes), is that Congress scandalously refuses to impeach and remove taxpayer dollar-spending Biden from office.

So it's up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" Congress from office in November, replacing worthless incumbent career lawmakers with a new Constitution-respecting Congress so that hopeful Trump 47 will not only not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, the new Congress also supporting him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
