Zero chance that Biden will step down as POTUS while hosting the NATO summit, which he sees as the centerpiece of his legacy and his foreign policy agenda, especially given his past as the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Chairman.

You are attributing agency to Biden.
Imho that is an error.
My dog has greater cognition than Biden—and the only decisions he gets to make is whether to howl at owls and coyotes in the middle of the night.

It'll be funny when, during his welcome speech, he gives a shout-out to the heads of state of "West Germany" and "Czechoslovakia."

Biden can still read with vigor from a Teleprompter. His handlers will make sure that he never has to speak without either a teleprompter or notecards.

They will need more smoke and more mirrors and they will be provided

Love it. This is going to be good. Senile Joe has been “ disbanded”, hopefully NATO to……the ship of fools.
