We fought so hard to get that for her and it was denied over and over again....even the Dr’s were angry. You can't even lock a wheel chair as it's considered restraining a patient.

Oh, good Heavens! The people making those rules are idiots! Have they never talked to anybody about how to keep dementia patients safe? That is so ridiculous!
